SCHEDULE FOR PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
By September 11: Online form
Fill out 2026 Faculty Biennial online form sent via email to confirm your participation and provide information for the labels and loan forms. Note—requests for particular spaces, lighting needs, tech equipment, etc. will be accommodated in the order they are received. Please add these to your form.
September 11: Events
Send an email to Kendra (kkjohn4@ilstu.edu) and Lisa (lmlofgr@ilstu.edu) if you would like to give a talk, lead a panel, deliver a performance, or offer a workshop. Please remember that all events at University Galleries are free and open to the public.
October 6-8 (9:00 am-5:00 pm): Drop off work
Drop off work at University Galleries (11 Uptown Circle, Suite 103). You will sign the loan form when you drop off your work. A blank one is attached in case you would like to review the terms.
If you need to make arrangements to drop off work outside of the designated times, contact Lisa (lmlofgr@ilstu.edu). If you need to be present to install your work, please indicate that on the online form + coordinate timing with Lisa.
October 9 (5pm): Installation deadline
If you are installing your own work, it must be done by this time unless alternate timing is coordinated in advance with Lisa.
October 14 - December 12: Exhibition on view
October 14 (4:00-5:30 pm): Exhibition reception
December 14-16 (9:00 am-5:00 pm): Pick up work
Please contact us before December 14 if you will need to pick up work at a different time.
