A yellow-ochre, or dark yellow, oil paint wash on paper with long drips towards the bottom of the page. On top of the wash is a graphite drawing of nine children holding hands in a circle. The children, perhaps in school uniforms, are playing a game called Ring Around the Rosie. Two of the children are making a bridge with their arms while the others pass under. Beneath the group of children is a small patch of grass, some rocks, and a large reflective puddle that mirrors the children playing.
