A sepia tone––or shades of brown––photograph of a landscape. The land in the foreground is dark brown with a single tree standing in front of a highway overpass. The overpass creates a small hill on the horizon with a slender opening just below the top center. There is a car in the distance to the right of the overpass. The sky occupies much of the picture plane and is a very light shade of brown that heavily contrasts the dark ground. Floating in the sky near the top of the image are two soft white clouds. The overall image has a softness that almost appears blurred.
